Rules

The match consists of 10 physically and mentally challenging stages over two nights, all shot in the dark with night vision equipment (no white light permitted).

Shooters will navigate challenging stages including running, obstacle traversal, medical application, and other night-specific challenges, all while also requiring precise
target acquisition and hits.

Competitor Divisions

Active IR

Both active and passive IR sighting systems are allowed, as well as IRĀ illumination.

Passive IR

No IR emissions allowed. Passive IR sighting only.

Thermal

No IR emissions allowed. Thermal sighting systems only.

Armored TST

Active and passive sighting systems allowed. Competitor must wear rifle plates and other gear conforming to Finnish TST division standards (minimum 26 pounds of gear carried, including 1 liter water, tourniquet, knife, and gloves).

Equipment Standards

  • This is a rifle-only match; no handguns used or allowed to be carried during the match
  • Minimum caliber is 9x19mm
  • Maximum caliber 5.56mm/7.62x39mm/.300 Blackout supersonic
  • All subsonic cartridges allowed
